Dear Readers,
I just want you to know that I appreciate you. I am thankful that you stick around to see what I have to say, even when it is not all that inspiring. (I know that sometimes it is not.) I appreciate your patience with me as I grow into the writer that I want to be. I’m not there yet, but I am learning a whole lot – a process that is both invigorating and frustrating, depending on the day.
Having said all of that, I am working hard right now to nail down my message and understand my audience. I know that I said I was going to write about whatever was on my mind rather than limiting myself to a specific niche, but I’m not sure that I am happy with that plan. I want you to have a good idea of what to expect from me.
Likewise, I want to better understand what you are looking for when you enter this space so that I can connect with you in a more personal, authentic, helpful way. I am searching for the best way to marry my strengths, passions, and personal writing aspirations with the things that you, dear readers, are hoping to gain from reading my words.
